The house
Luxury with a View
Sitting above the botanic gardens on dress-circle Queenstown Hill this newly built, four bedroom, five bathroom architectural retreat offers guests unrivaled views of Queenstown and ensures you the most comfortable of stays.
Described by NZ House & Garden magazine as having 'one of the best views we've ever seen', once inside you’ll discover a world of luxury and space. The top floor entrance way flows to a modern steel and timber staircase, leading you into the open plan mid-floor dining/living area with polished concrete floors.
The lounge and dining area takes in spectacular 180 degree views of Lake Wakatipu, Skyline Gondola, Queenstown Golf Course and the surrounding mountains. The lounge expands further onto the spacious deck with comfortable, modern outdoor furniture, sitting beneath an open fire and overhead heater allowing year-round outdoor entertaining. Enjoy dining-in using the in-built four burner gas BBQ.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, each enjoying breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu. The three guest rooms are located on the ground floor and each has a well appointed private en suite including shower, toilet, heated towel rails, wall heater and underfloor heated tiles. The rooms have a double wardrobe with yoga mats and open to a large private outdoor patio area and separate communal dining table.
For your convenience tea & coffee are available in the kitchen station outside the guest rooms along with a selection of cereals including a gluten free option.
The large master bedroom is located on the top floor and enjoys arguably the best view in Queenstown. Large glass sliding doors extend the room further as it accesses your private balcony with spacious four person spa.
The master also comes complete with Super-King bed and underfloor heating. The elegantly appointed en suite has a large shower with twin heads, double basins, heated towel rails, toilet, underfloor heating & wall heater plus a floor to ceiling window over-looking the lake. The spacious walk-in robe comfortably caters for two people.
Kitchen and Dining
The mid-floor is all about relaxing, entertaining and taking in the best views of Queenstown. A wide staircase opens to the 150sqm open plan living/dining area with polished concrete floors and the well appointed kitchen comes with everything a Master Chef would wish for: a four meter long black granite breakfast bar, induction cook-top with window splash-back, steam oven, conventional oven and double door Fridge/Freezer with auto water dispenser, ice maker and bottle chill function.
All food preparation can be completed out of sight in the separate scullery with ample storage facilities and wine library.
The dining table sits next to floor-ceiling windows so you can enjoy the commanding lake and mountain views while you dine. After dinner recline on the comfortable six seater couch or two leather arm chairs in the open plan lounge. The wall mounted 68” television has in-built Netflix, Apple TV and free to air channels and the SONOS sound system allows every member of the family to enjoy their favourite playlist wherever they are with individual speaker connections in the living, kitchen and outdoor area plus the master bedroom upstairs.
The large ESCEA gas fire and underfloor heating keeps the house at an ambient temperature and the stylish mid-floor powder room with toilet and basin means you don’t have to travel far to stay fresh and looking your best.

While the main access is through the top floor front door, there is also separate access via a pin pad at the side of the house that leads to a guest foyer and the three guest bedrooms on the ground floor. There is also an internal lift that allows access to all floors.
